Senior Management Teams
Ruth works with a limited number of chief executives and senior management teams looking at strategic direction, leadership of their organisation and developing managerial competence. Generally, Ruth works with teams on an annual basis, facilitating team away days or retreats. This area of work assumes a long term relationship of trust between Ruth and the chief executive. It may or may not include other related work with the organisation such as management development training and facilitating management workshops.

Boards
Ruth facilitates events for Boards on an occasional basis.
She has recently worked with World Development Movement reviewing their governance arrangements and facilitated the inaugural meetings of the newly appointed Commissioners to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
